| Fluid Bed Dryer |
Description:
Fluid bed dryer is most suitable for pharma equipment and can be used in chemical, food, dyestuff, and polymer industries for fast and efficient drying. All contact parts are made out of stainless steel 304 / S.S. 316 quality and control panel is provided with the machine.
Operation:
due to induced draft created by specially designed heavy duty fan, the atmospheric air is drawn through air filter. The filtered air is then heated to the required temperature by electric/ steam radiator. The hot air passes through the product container and the product gets dried by air fluidisation. The air circulation is controlled by damper. The filter bag prevents fine particles from carrying over to exhaust air stream.

The "TECHNIC" Multimill is a portable self contained unit useful for high speed granulating pulverising, mixing, shreading chopping etc. of a wide range of dry and wet materials without any special attachment. This machine untilies the principle of variable force swing hammer blades having both knife and impact edges rotatiing within a carefully selected screen to control size. Flow path of material in vertical rotor machine is streamlined. During comminution, material entering the chamber travels to periphery and passes through the screen tangentially and radially avoiding chocking and temperature rise.

Pan:
SS 304 semi ellipsoidal size pan with a circular mouth for charging & discharging of tablets Pan mounted at an inclination of 45 degrees to the horizontal
Drive Assembly:
Consists of a suitable HP 3 Phase, 440 V, 1440 RPM TEFC motor with suitable worm reduction gear box and cone pulley arrangement to give three speed output.
Hot Air Blower:
The unit is provided with a hot air blower consisting of suitable HP 3 Phase 440 V, 2880 RPM TEFC electric motor & centrifugal blower with damper delivering required CFM. The air is heated by means of suitable electric heater to give air at 30 to 90 degrees Heater with thermostat control and flexible hose pipe.
